Returns & Exchanges

Any item may be returned for any reason within thirty (30) days of purchase for exchange or refund--less shipping costs--as long as it is in unaltered condition.  Please email info@aromasounds.com to get pre-authorized to return an item.  

If you purchased your item from one of the AromaSounds Instructors, please contact them to arrange replacement or return of the item.

If you choose to return an AromaSounds product, please follow this procedure:

1) Include a copy of the invoice you received with your original shipment and state
clearly the reason for the return.

2) Securely wrap the item(s) you wish to return and ship to:

3) It is recommended that items are shipped back with a tracking number.
AromaSounds is not responsible for items being returned that are lost in transit.

When products are shipped to you from AromaSounds, we take every care to ensure that the item(s) arrive to you whole and undamaged. However, we recognize that sometimes things get broken in transit.  If you receive a damaged product but wish to have it repaired instead of returning it, please call to find out if it is repairable.  We do repair items.  We will exchange all other undamaged items of same value, or give store credit, within 30 days of purchase.


Return and Exchange Policy is subject to change without prior notice.  However, the policy in effect on the date of purchase will be honored.
